Brian Froelich

Brian Froelich has been in the construction field for 20+ years and has been around construction his entire life due to his father owning a local construction company. He is very knowledgeable in the construction field and is excited to learn something new. He is a lifelong resident of Sebring FL and is looking forward to meeting new people in the community. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending time with his 3 children.

Stephone Carlton

Stephone brings over two decades of expertise in the pool industry, marking him as a seasoned professional dedicated to excellence. For the past 15 years, he has been an integral part of Tom's team, where his meticulous attention to detail in pool digs, steelwork, and plumbing has been invaluable. His precision and commitment ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Known for his infectious smile and hearty laughter, Stephone's positive attitude is a beacon for the team, especially during the long, demanding days on the job.

Jordan Shannon

Jordan Shannon has been a proud resident of Highlands County since the age of three. She began her professional journey by contributing to her family's business throughout high school. Pursuing her passion for design, Jordan attended Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design.

After graduation, Jordan advanced her career in Cincinnati, OH, working with a prominent kitchen and bath design corporation. Her experience there solidified her love for design, colors, and style. In 2003, Jordan returned to Florida, where she furthered her education with a business degree to better support and manage her family’s business.

Jordan is married with two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cooking, fishing, and embarking on travel adventures. A fun fact about Jordan is her unique fondness for dark chocolate M&M's, which she insists on eating in pairs and color-matching.

Tom DiGiacomo

Tom was born and raised in New Jersey before moving to the Florida Keys as a young man to start a fishing guide business. After a few years, he realized that guiding was not his destined profession. Transitioning careers, Tom took up bartending and managing local establishments. In 1988, he met Gina, and after just six months, they were married. Following their marriage, Tom began working at a pool company in Marathon, FL, where he discovered his true calling. In 1990, Tom and Gina moved to Sebring, FL, where he initially did contracting work. By 1993, he had founded Artistic Spas and Pools. Throughout this journey, Tom and Gina raised their three daughters, Meghan, Samantha, and Shelby.
